1. Returns

You may return items within 2 days from the delivery date if:

• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

To start a return, contact our support team at sales@cityweighingscales.com with your order number, original invoice  and reason for return.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 days  using the original payment method.

3. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns or refunds, including:

• Digital products or downloadable items.
• Personalized or custom-made products.
• Sale or clearance items unless they arrive damaged.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at sales@cityweighingscales.com . Exchanges are processed upon receiving the returned item.

5. Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
